  1. Driver’s license and operating qualifications
-C1 driver’s license is sufficient for driving
-Ordinary freight: No need for operating license, no need for freight industry qualification certificate
  2. Load capacity (the heaviest)
Total mass=vehicle weight+cargo+driver+fluid, not just cargo weight!
-The upper limit of total weight is 4495kg, exceeding it means overloading
-New regulations governing large tonnage and small standards: new car engines with displacement ≤ 2.5L, limit self weight, and eliminate models that are overweight when empty
-Actual cargo weight=Total weight – Vehicle weight
  3. Annual inspection and scrapping
-Annual inspection: once a year within 10 years; Over 10 years, conduct an annual inspection every six months
-Scrap: No mandatory scrap period; Guide scrapping after driving 600000 kilometers; Compulsory scrapping if the annual inspection fails
  4. High speed toll collection
Vehicle length<6 meters+total weight<4.5 tons, belongs to Class 1 freight truck
  5. Restricted access
Blue light trucks have limited driving areas/time slots in many cities and urban areas, and policies vary from place to place. Before driving, check the local traffic management policies
  6. Red line modification (strictly prohibited)
It is not allowed to widen or raise the cargo box, thicken the steel plate, or replace the tires without authorization. This is illegal modification and will result in fines and failure to pass the annual inspection
  7. The driving license shall prevail
To determine if it is a light truck, it ultimately depends on the vehicle type, total weight, and length on the license plate, rather than just the color of the license plate
